Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Relationship Manager by processing and analyzing client loan portfolios through the closing process with high quality control.
  • •After RM handoff, act as the main point of contact for RM/client relations teams and third parties for lending transactions.
  • •Perform client financial analysis to determine loan eligibility and qualification, and monitor the loan pipeline to meet closing deadlines.
  • •For residential lending: set up loans and terms in Empower, lock rates, order appraisals/title, initiate condo/co-op reviews, complete underwriting reviews, and produce initial approval decisions or recommendations.
  • •For commercial real estate/multifamily lending: conduct underwriting/analysis of property and guarantors/sponsors, ensure documents meet Private Bank guidelines, and coordinate next steps for approval and closing.
