Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a team of Data Architects in designing and implementing data architecture solutions aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
  • •Define and communicate a data architecture strategic vision across governance, integration, data modeling, and data management.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into actionable architecture designs and influence solution development.
  • •Ensure data integrity and security through governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data protection measures.
  • •Drive adoption of data best practices, standards, and data management processes, including guidance and mentorship for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and inspire a team of Data Architects through clear communication of data architecture strategy and execution.
  • •Use deep data architecture expertise across data modeling, data integration, and data management to design scalable solutions.
  • •Convey complex data architecture concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and align them to the architecture strategy.
  • •Provide consulting and guidance to cross-functional teams to identify improvements and drive data architecture excellence.
  • •Establish and enforce data governance, data quality standards, and data protection measures, including using tools for data modeling and supporting ETL/data warehousing.
