Head of Technology Risk, Governance, and Controls

Lead the technology risk and governance function for a global enterprise, owning first-line risk management, SOX ITGC controls, and regulatory compliance across Digital Technology. Partner with Information Security, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk to design, operate, and improve controls, KPIs, and risk-mitigation programs, including AI governance and third-party risk.
