Key Responsibilities

  • •Review BIM models, GFC drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for design accuracy, completeness, constructability, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • •Verify BIM deliverables against BEP, project BIM standards, naming conventions, modelling protocols, and LOD requirements.
  • •Identify design conflicts, clashes, discrepancies, constructability concerns, and interfaces across multiple disciplines and coordinate resolution.
  • •Perform and support model-based clash detection, manage review comments/issues, and track closure of design coordination actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • •Overall 5-10 years of experience in BIM, design coordination, BIM review, digital engineering, or project delivery.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in airport and aviation infrastructure projects (preferred).
  • •Experience in BIM-based multidisciplinary coordination and BIM model review, clash detection, design coordination, and drawing/model quality assurance.
