Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer, configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across development, test, and production environments.
  • •Build reusable platform services using scoped applications and platform tools (e.g., Flow Designer/Workflow Studio, business rules, Script Includes, scheduled jobs, and platform APIs).
  • •Design and implement integrations across Workflow Data Fabric/Integration Hub, including REST/SOAP services, Scripted REST APIs, webhooks, JDBC, SFTP, LDAP, email, file transfer, and event-driven patterns.
  • •Configure conversational AI and governed agentic workflows (e.g., Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, AI agents) and integrate ServiceNow workflows with physical/connected AI environments.
  • •Support platform security, performance optimization, and release engineering (authentication, access controls, security monitoring, testing assets, CI/CD, upgrades, and operational handover).

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and a current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (or equivalent application engineering expertise).
  • •Have a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification (highly preferred) and at least 3 x Certified Implementation Specialist certificates.
  • •Bring extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments, including Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, MID Server, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • •Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, with advanced experience in data modeling, security, debugging, and performance analysis.
  • •Experience implementing secure authentication and credential management, and configuring conversational AI/AI agents or intelligent automation on ServiceNow (integration with OT/IoT/robotics is strongly preferred).
