Key Responsibilities

  • •Own your requisitions end-to-end including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates
  • •Hunt candidates in non-traditional places (GitHub, arXiv, Apache mailing lists, niche Discord servers, conference speaker lists, PhD scraping)
  • •Run structured interview coordination and lead candidate debriefs with hiring managers
  • •Collaborate with lead recruiters on offer strategy and closing
  • •Help build recruiting systems and processes from the ground up, shaping how the company hires

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years of recruiting, sales, sourcing, or talent coordination experience (or demonstrated self-taught work) and a strong interest in growing in the field
