Assist the Talent Acquisition team for the MENA region by handling recruitment tasks, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, posting job openings, and supporting candidate sourcing. This hands-on internship offers exposure to end-to-end recruiting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the opportunity to contribute to APCO’s growing talent pipeline.

•Assist in CV screening and interview scheduling.
•Support in maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker.
•Draft internship offers and employment agreements.
•Post job openings on APCO’s ATS, social media, and university career platforms.
•Support in candidate sourcing and headhunting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
•Previous internship experience is a plus.
•Strong communication and organizational skills.
•Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
•Must be based in Amman, Jordan.
