Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
  • •Drive vehicles to and from designated auction areas and to/from customer dealerships and businesses while demonstrating courtesy and defensive driving.
  • •Line up, park, and relocate vehicles as directed, including locating “lost” vehicles.
  • •Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed (e.g., inflate tires, jump-start) and notify appropriate drivers when inoperative.
  • •Follow all safety and health procedures and assist customers and coworkers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license required.
  • •Demonstrate safe driving and follow auction safety rules and the rules of the road.
  • •Constantly enter and exit vehicles and perform physical activities such as walking long distances and standing, reaching, and hearing.
  • •Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Ability to lift 1–15 pounds and meet vision requirements (close, distance, color vision, depth perception).
