Define roadmaps, run experiments, and translate market insights into prioritized features, collaborating across Bangkok and Tokyo teams to drive growth and improve the traveler journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a deep understanding of the Korea/Japan travel market, user needs, and competitive landscape
•Define, build, launch, and optimize products and features through testing, experimentation, and rapid iteration
•Drive localization initiatives that improve the experience for Korean/Japanese travelers across the product journey
•Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
•Translate market insights, customer needs, and business priorities into clear product strategies and roadmaps

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
•Proven ability to use analytics and quantitative methods to inform strategy, prioritization, and decision-making
•Strong data skills, with the ability to independently analyze performance and generate actionable insights
•Excellent communication skills in either Korean or Japanese with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence a wide range of stakeholders
