Join the Solution Consulting (presales) team as a Senior Enterprise Architect, where you’ll articulate and differentiate Workday’s core architecture to technical and business audiences. Lead high-level discussions on AI, machine learning, and agent-based architectures, crafting presentations and scripted demonstrations that connect complex platform capabilities to clear business outcomes. Collaborate on as-is/to-be architectures, run independent discoveries and RFP responses, and communicate confidently with C-suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Articulate and differentiate Workday’s core architecture to technical and business buyer personas, showcasing foundational technology.
•Lead high-level discussions on Workday’s AI, machine learning, and agent-based architectures and position the platform as future-ready.
•Create presentations and deliver demonstrations that translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
•Deep-dive into data security, reporting & analytics, integrations, and Workday Extend/Build capabilities, including Apache Iceberg and Prism Analytics.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to produce as-is/to-be architecture designs and independently conduct discoveries, deep dives, and RFP responses.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in enterprise software technical solution consulting (presales), solution/implementation consulting, solution architecture, technical account management, or similar.
•Experience working with cloud architectures, security, reporting, and/or integration standards.
•Ability to create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and architecture artifacts for both technical and business evaluators, including C-suite audiences.
•Exposure to GenAI and agent-building tools (e.g., LangGraph, Flowise, Dify, AutoGPT, Vertex AI) with a passion for technical innovation.
•Preferred: solution architecture experience/certifications on hyperscaler environments such as AWS or GCP.
