Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and perform structural design and analysis for multiple data center buildings, including hyperscale and colocation facilities.
  • •Develop design documentation for tilt-up concrete panels, precast structures, steel framing systems, and deep and shallow foundations.
  • •Coordinate structural design deliverables with architectural, civil, MEP, and construction teams to align with project objectives and client standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in building structures design and analysis (or equivalent).
  • •Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE).
  • •Experience specifically in data center, mission critical, or large scale logistics/industrial facilities.
  • •Experience with BIM ACC (Revit), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, and Safe (or similar tools).
