Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver swimming lessons to suit each swimmer in the class
  • •Ensure safe provision and correct use of all equipment
  • •Establish and ensure safety standards are followed in every lesson
  • •Identify participants' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
  • •Provide explanations and demonstrate swimming techniques

Key Requirements

  • •STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2
  • •Strong swimmer
