Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and direct the data analytics team and the data domain subcouncil, including operating practices for intake, prioritization, capacity, delivery, and performance.
  • •Build and maintain a data governance framework with the enterprise data council, ensuring policies and standards are implemented within the data domain.
  • •Translate Claims business priorities into a modern data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Lead planning and oversight of research and analysis within the data domain and communicate results to general and senior management.
  • •Lead data-related technologies and internal/external data solutions for the domain, enabling data technologies with IT and maintaining the data program roadmap.
