Job Summary

Product Manager on Snowflake’s Developer Platform owns a core portfolio, shaping the programmatic surface for developers to connect to and build on the Data Cloud. You’ll manage the backlog, translate strategy into requirements, be the SME for engineering, marketing, and sales, define success metrics, and collaborate with senior leaders to align roadmaps while actively engaging the developer community.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product backlog and day-to-day execution for a key feature area of our developer platform.
•Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and clear specifications for your engineering team.
•Become the subject matter expert for your product, serving as the go-to resource for engineering, marketing, sales, and the developer community.
•Define and analyze the metrics that measure the success and adoption of your products.
•Engage directly with our developer community to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and needs.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of product management experience shipping products for a developer-facing tool, cloud service, or technical infrastructure product; or 5+ years in engineering for developer tools transitioning to product management
•Strong understanding of the modern software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and API design principles
•Ability to be a technically credible partner to engineering and discuss product architecture and trade-offs
•Deep empathy for developers and passion for solving their workflow challenges
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
