Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned project phases and work streams under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
  • •Support delivery across planning, design, Design-Build procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary design and Design-Build team activities, including consultants, contractors, and deliverables (RFIs, submittals, clarifications, and action items).
  • •Monitor consultant/contractor performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements; maintain schedules, cost information, change documentation, risk registers, and decision logs.
  • •Conduct site visits, track punch-list/deficiencies to resolution, coordinate stakeholder communications, and maintain complete project documentation throughout closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field plus 6 years of relevant construction project management experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience supporting or managing capital construction projects on behalf of an owner, public agency, program management consultant, or construction management organization.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting Progressive Design-Build and Design-Build project delivery.
  • •Knowledge of construction project controls including scheduling, cost tracking, change management, risk management, document control, and progress reporting.
  • •Experience conducting construction site observations and tracking field issues through resolution.
