Manage and track a portfolio of 15–25 asset-backed securitization lending transactions, partnering with clients, lawyers, and internal stakeholders. Review legal documentation, monitor facility utilization and loan paydowns, and support audits and business reviews while ensuring ABSLs are captured correctly in internal systems and downstream reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and track a portfolio of 15–25 existing ABSL transactions, including performance and activity monitoring.
•Support client diligence and ad-hoc meetings as appropriate, and build relationships with external clients and lawyers.
•Track, review, and analyze monthly servicer reports; follow up on late reports and errors; prepare monthly performance summaries.
•Prepare and defend concise credit approval memos for annual reviews, renewals, amendments, and waivers; review and summarize legal documents.
•Monitor facility utilization, draws, and paydowns; ensure ABSLs are captured correctly in internal systems and downstream reporting; support audits and semi-annual business reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SalesForce, Precision Lender, and CRM/Dashboard is a plus.
