Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Manufacturing / Data Center Construction

Lead end-to-end cost management for complex manufacturing, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects, including advanced manufacturing facilities and data center developments. Own estimating, cost planning, change order management, valuations, contingency tracking, and post-contract cost control. Partner with design teams, contractors, and vendors to validate project costs, support commercial negotiations, and deliver executive-level monthly reporting. Mentor team members and provide guidance using internal systems while adhering to applicable SOX controls.
