Sr Analyst, Fin Reporting

Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting by maintaining team/division goals, following core checklists and client-specific procedures, and performing complex work with significant client and internal business impact. Escalate critical issues to management, review roles and deadlines for assigned relationships, and serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to more junior employees. Facilitate discussions, reach decisions, and may supervise day-to-day operational activities without a formal management role.
