Job Summary

Lead the design, analysis, and testing of power electronics circuits and mixed-signal electronics for defense applications. Plan and execute integration and verification in engineering laboratories, mentor junior engineers, and drive schedules and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable circuit-level solutions. Focused on power, analog, digital and mixed-signal design, using tools like MATLAB, PSPICE, Mentor Graphics to develop circuit cards for DoD programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, analysis, test, and/or documentation of electronic circuits.
•Plan and execute integration and verification activities in engineering laboratories.
•Provide product test and troubleshoot support; support root cause failure investigations.
•Define schedules for tasking and drive execution to the planned budget and schedule.
•Lead individual designs and/or small teams; mentor junior engineers and participate in technical reviews.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
•Experience with power, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
•Experience with analog laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
•Experience with simulation software for circuit analysis or modeling.
•Ability to lead teams and manage tasks, including scheduling and coordinating with stakeholders.
