Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the IVVQ discipline strategy in line with strategic plans, including practical aspects, tools, and skills.
  • •Pilot deployment of the strategy by implementing best practices/standards and continuous improvement via co-assessments.
  • •Identify multi-project synergies to optimize solution technical costs and ensure implementation.
  • •Manage the team through check-ins, development interviews, and goal setting.
  • •Plan resource allocation, skills management, and training; capitalize real project costs and improve estimates via continuous improvement actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master 2 (BAC +5) in an engineering school or equivalent university background with significant experience managing and leading teams.
  • •Proven experience in close hierarchical management of technical teams.
  • •Experience leading complex work packages (IVVQ, system integration) and running transversal project-mode initiatives.
  • •Knowledge of system engineering tools (DOORS, VIVALDI, POLARION, JIRA) and modernized methods (MBSE, CI/CD).
  • •Knowledge of project management tools (PRIMAVERA, SAP, MS Project) and strong English proficiency.
