Build strong customer relationships by engaging clients in person, by appointment, and virtually with a digital-first mindset. Assess customers’ banking needs, educate them on deposit and loan products and digital self-service options, and recommend solutions aligned to their goals. Process basic transactions, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications, while partnering with branch teams to deliver an accurate, consistent client experience.
