Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver high-impact mobile workflows for core jobs-to-be-done such as banking, invoicing, payments, and files within the mobile channel.
  • •Uphold a production-first mindset by automating delivery pipelines, solving common failure patterns, and leading incident responses to ensure availability, accuracy, security, and scalability.
  • •Champion proactive health monitoring to keep systems resilient under pressure and drive efficiency by reducing technical waste and simplifying designs.
  • •Translate business needs into technical specs and communicate constraints clearly with data-driven reasoning.
  • •Foster a psychologically safe, inclusive culture and lift team performance through goal clarity and removing barriers.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep expertise in React Native and Native development, with a proven track record of building robust mobile applications at a global scale, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • •Mastery of software design patterns, distributed architectures, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD).
  • •Customer obsession is at the heart of your work, ensuring customer needs remaincentral to everything you do.
  • •Thrive in dynamic environments, translating shifting business directions into clear opportunities and keeping the team energized and focused.
