Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead the DC for DC EMEA program across Eaton’s full data center power value chain, including key components and related software/services.
  • •Define program governance, milestones, success criteria, and escalation mechanisms across participating divisions.
  • •Coordinate cross-division product development roadmaps to maintain architectural coherence and compatibility for customer applications.
  • •Drive structured customer engagement through concept validation, architecture reviews, pilots, and launch readiness while capturing feedback.
  • •Consolidate division inputs into dashboards and executive materials; proactively identify and resolve technical/organizational execution risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 10–15 years of experience in power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center technology environments.
  • •Proven experience working with hyperscale and/or colocation data center customers.
  • •Experience in R&D, advanced engineering, systems engineering, or complex technical program leadership roles.
  • •Strong understanding of data center electrical architectures and program management execution in matrix organizations.
