Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure supplier compliance with Allianz governance, privacy, security, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
  • •Coordinate third-party risk management and third-party cyber risk management assessments and remediation.
  • •Manage contract renewals, amendments, and purchase orders; maintain contract repositories and vendor documentation.
  • •Oversee vendor onboarding/offboarding and governance actions, including change requests, project/service governance, and risk registers.
  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for vendor costs, budgets, and risks; drive governance process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
  • •5–7 years of experience in vendor management, contract management, procurement operations, service governance, or comparable roles.
  • •Experience with global suppliers and outsourced service environments.
  • •Strong understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, budgeting, and financial control processes.
  • •Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) with experience in enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, SAC, Jira, SAP, Fieldglass, Power BI) considered an advantage.
