Manage administrative processes for logistics and distribution to ensure continuous operations for customer order preparation and dispatch from the distribution center and external warehouses. Coordinate daily dispatch scheduling by route channels, support document control for dispatch and collections, plan truck fleet requirements for finished and bulk products, and monitor monthly service details and dispatch document issuance in line with company policies and conduct.
