Key Responsibilities

  • •Own financial integrity for assigned legal entities, ensuring accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
  • •Lead month-end and year-end closing, including accruals, provisions, journal entries, reconciliations, and IFRS/local statutory compliance.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
  • •Act as primary contact for external auditors, coordinating audits and statutory financial statements and resolving audit findings.
  • •Ensure governance and compliance by maintaining finance master data, internal controls, local compliance calendars, and regulatory reporting obligations, while leading finance team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA, CPA, ACCA, or a related discipline.
  • •Significant experience in financial controlling, accounting, financial reporting, or audit in a complex multinational environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory accounting requirements, financial controls, and corporate governance frameworks.
  • •Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
