Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a wide variety of office duties including coordinating meetings, typing, filing, phone coverage, greeting and directing customers, and handling mail.
  • •Order and distribute office supplies and reconcile P-card spending.
  • •Assist with preparation of management presentations and special projects as required.
  • •Troubleshoot and escalate office technology issues (including telephone and copier machines).
  • •Track and ensure employees complete onboarding duties, including system access, lockers/mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprinting, and training, and assist with station event planning and execution.

Key Requirements
