Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to multiple pulp & paper customer sites for technical support, equipment maintenance, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • •Support Honeywell QCS and EPKS/DCS control systems at customer facilities.
  • •Provide technical support during plant and machine outages and perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • •Support system upgrades, new installations, modernization projects, and new functionality.
  • •Perform on-site start-up, warranty/service support, customer training, and document completed service activities using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
