Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and coordinate civil design deliverables and drawings, ensuring compliance with design, quality standards, codes, and construction specifications.
  • •Monitor and inspect site activities to verify civil execution across earthworks, foundations, structures, drainage, roads, and underground utilities.
  • •Manage civil contractors and EPC civil construction performance, tracking progress, manpower, equipment, productivity, and schedule.
  • •Oversee civil QA/QC activities (ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, material approvals, concrete/soil testing, compaction records, as-builts) and drive closure of punch lists and defects.
  • •Coordinate interfaces with electrical, mechanical, structural, engineering, and commissioning teams, support construction logistics, and manage civil completion and handover processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10+ years of civil construction experience, preferably in large-scale PV, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale earthworks, piling/foundations, roads, drainage, and site infrastructure.
  • •Strong understanding of construction quality and HSE, including ITPs, method statements, and inspection processes.
  • •Experience managing EPC contractors and civil subcontractors.
  • •Fluent English and Turkish, with ability to read civil/structural/architectural drawings.
