Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with factory owners/stakeholders to ensure tools/equipment/kits are ordered and delivered to the tool install schedule, tracking issues and escalating as required.
  • •Lead planning and coordination across suppliers, trade contractors, and stakeholders to support tool install milestones and activities.
  • •Manage systems/equipment requirements alignment, including systems and part number configuration/genealogy accuracy for RFT order/kits delivery.
  • •Ensure commit/POs and funding requests are in place before work begins, and address commercial risks/contractor capacity to prevent issues and enable early resolution.
  • •Drive safety, quality, and compliance onsite, translating business/technical requirements into high-quality project plans and escalating constraints as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
  • •1+ years of experience in project or program management, construction, or tool install.
  • •Experience in the installation and demolition of process tool equipment.
  • •Professional Project Manager (PMP), Lean, or 6-Sigma certification.
  • •Experience in the semiconductor industry.
