Maintain clean, safe, and professional facility environments across Citizens’ retail branches. Perform routine independent cleanings—dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and vent cleaning—while responding to service requests through work orders and ensuring timely closure. Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and support vehicle maintenance as needed.
