Job Summary

Join a collaborative Information Management team to oversee project information flows across the full lifecycle. You’ll ensure ISO 19650-aligned processes, maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE), develop documentation (BEP, MIDP, TIDP), coordinate stakeholder information exchanges, and embed information management standards while promoting security-minded data governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage information processes in line with ISO 19650 standards
•Maintain and optimise the Common Data Environment (CDE)
•Develop and manage BEP, MIDP and TIDP documentation
•Coordinate information exchange requirements across stakeholders
•Support and embed project information standards and procedures

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience operating within BIM environments and leading or supporting Project Information Management
•Confident and effective communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels across in-person and digital channels
•Demonstrates collaboration, with the ability to influence, drive outcomes, and solve complex problems
•Experience working within complex project or PMO environments, often across multidisciplinary teams
•Good working knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDEs), including implementation and governance
