Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop deep expertise in Cognite Data Fusion and the broader Cognite portfolio, acting as a technical SME for Academy training.
  • •Identify learning gaps and translate them into actionable curriculum inputs, including new courses, learning paths, hands-on labs, and advanced technical training.
  • •Design and develop technical training assets such as e-learning, instructor-led programs, demonstrations, exercises, labs, assessments, and job aids.
  • •Create digital learning content using modern authoring tools and emerging learning technologies, ensuring technical accuracy and learner accessibility.
  • •Deliver instructor-led training virtually and in-person, collect and analyze learner feedback, and continuously improve course content and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •2+ years of professional experience in a technical role such as Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
  • •Experience working with data platforms, DataOps technologies, cloud platforms, or industrial data environments; experience with Cognite Data Fusion is highly desirable.
  • •Experience delivering technical training (workshops, bootcamps, demonstrations, or presentations) and creating technical learning content using instructional design principles.
