Operations Superintendent - Rolling

Lead day-to-day rolling department operations at the Richburg plant, driving safety, meeting production demands, and managing personnel performance. Apply Lean Manufacturing to improve safety, quality, efficiency, costs, and scrap, and coordinate closely with Maintenance, Planning, Purchasing, Technology, Quality, and Human Resources to achieve business plan requirements. Balance multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
