Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop Store Leaders, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
  • •Drive district service and selling culture through adidas Group service model and coaching during store visits.
  • •Lead store operations by planning and prioritizing visits, ensuring retail management standards compliance, and managing change initiatives.
  • •Analyze Net Promoter Score and other performance data to drive continuous service and commercial improvement, including digital initiatives like ship-from-store and click and collect.
  • •Manage district profitability by owning commercial success, improving product availability and viability, and ensuring loss prevention and health & safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years in the retail industry in a sales or operations management position.

  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead discussions in diverse groups.
  • •Ability to travel 50% of the time to all stores within the designated district.
