Key Responsibilities

•Supervise multiple client services teams and plan, execute, direct, and complete tax projects while delivering tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise.
•Drive firm growth by leveraging your external network to achieve sales and revenue targets and identify opportunities to sell services.
•Conduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns and ASC 740 income tax provision engagements, recommending accuracy and tax savings improvements.
•Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on tax projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews.
•Maintain client relationships as primary service team contact and research and consult on various tax matters to support client objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,800 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree in taxation, LLM in Taxation, or JD preferred; CPA or JD/active law license required.
•Minimum five to seven years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience.
•Experience in corporate income tax with strong ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes skills.
•Proficiency in US GAAP and corporate income tax laws and regulations, including state and local income taxes, taxation of international activity, and transfer pricing.
•Experience in public accounting is preferred; OneSource Tax Provision experience preferred.
