Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead quantity surveying, cost control, and commercial management activities.
  • •Measure, value, and verify project progress, contractor claims, and payments.
  • •Manage change orders, variations, and commercial assessments.
  • •Support cost forecasting (EAC/ETC) and financial performance analysis.
  • •Prepare commercial reports/dashboards and assess commercial risks, claims, and contractual entitlements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10–15 years’ quantity surveying/commercial experience on major EPC projects, including 5+ years in a senior role.
  • •Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or major energy projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, change control, and cost management.
  • •Experience in progress measurement, payment certification, commercial negotiations, and claims assessment (described as capability in the preferred profile).
