Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and support the NSWC PCD Facilities Service Desk during established business hours and provide professional customer service.
  • •Receive facility service requests in person, by telephone, email, or online systems and document them accurately.
  • •Enter and maintain service tickets in ARCHIBUS, ensuring request information is complete for appropriate action.
  • •Assign, route, monitor, and follow up on requests, including re-routing as needed to ensure proper resolution.
  • •Safeguard CUI and handle information in accordance with applicable NSWC PCD, Department of Defense, and federal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a US Citizen able to undergo a local and federal background check to obtain a Public Trust.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education or technical training preferred).
  • •Experience providing responsive, professional customer support in person, by telephone, and via official email.
  • •Experience using computer-based ticketing, work order, database, or service management systems; ARCHIBUS experience preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
