Job Summary

Lead Salesforce’s global Graduate Builder Program for early-career AI Builders, owning end-to-end strategy, operations, and evolution. Define the year-long program blueprint (operating model, recruiting approach, enablement journey, curriculum, and milestone-based readiness/certification), build cohort community and culture, and establish governance with KPIs and reporting cadences. •Establish program operations and governance with KPIs, reporting cadences, manager playbooks, and escalation frameworks.
