•Oversee international program management across the portfolio, ensuring excellence across people, product, delivery, customer management, and enabling functions.
•Build and execute the vision for international localization and industrial cooperation across country/regional teams and business lines.
•Drive execution for international expansion and infrastructure globally, including sovereign infrastructure builds and coordination on global footprint development.
•Define and enforce standards for information management and communications pathways, including mechanisms for continuous improvement across the portfolio.
•Own the Global Defense budget and corporate planning functions for the international portfolio, and partner with People to drive HR initiatives for the international workforce.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 254,000 - 336,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Must be able to obtain and hold a US government clearance.
•Ability to travel internationally 25-50% of the time.
•15+ years of experience across top-tier tech firms, management consulting, and internal business operations (ideally at an early-stage startup).
•Demonstrated experience managing large-scale international programs delivering technologies with US Allies and partners.
•Ability to work onsite at HQ in Costa Mesa, CA.
