Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, studies, and detailed structural engineering analyses and designs in line with design basis, project specifications, and codes/standards.
  • •Prepare detailed design calculations, analyses, design reports, procedures, MTOs, specifications, subcontract documents, and technical bid evaluations.
  • •Conduct engineering checks and design verification (single-discipline and assist with inter-discipline checks).
  • •Act as Lead Engineer/area lead on small projects: coordinate with design coordinators and project management, manage deliverables, schedules, and estimates, and provide feedback to the department.
  • •Train/mentor engineers and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines; provide engineering support including independent computer analyses and structural check support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •8–15 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or consultant, predominantly performing detail design.
  • •Working knowledge of engineering standards, specifications, and applicable design codes.
  • •Good knowledge of engineering software and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • •Strong English communication skills (oral and written) and demonstrated HSE/TQM and cost-consciousness.
