Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer systems, tools, routines, and scripts that support operations and technological monitoring.
  • •Implement and optimize processes for task/work demand management and problem resolution.
  • •Monitor and ensure availability, performance, and security of services and information.
  • •Analyze and update operational data, generating performance indicators focused on trends, capacity, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level (Nível Superior) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related postgraduate program.
  • •Experience in service management or project management in large organizations.
  • •Knowledge of Project Management methods, including Agile and Scrum.
  • •ITIL Foundation knowledge.
  • •Basic knowledge of ETL, Data Analysis, and BI, plus technical English.
Education:Bachelor's in Administração; Ciências Contábeis; Economia; Engenharia; Estatística; Tecnologia da Informação (ou Pós-graduação em área correlata)
