Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the execution of reinsurance solutions for clients’ ongoing servicing and business growth, including growth and sales and client ownership.
  • •Take ownership of reinsurance placements of allocated reinsurance treaties and perform analysis to execute successful transactions and provide strategic advice.
  • •Articulate transaction risks and economics to cedants and reinsurers, leveraging regional resources and knowledge.
  • •Collaborate with regional colleagues to grow the network within the re/insurance industry and support business development.
  • •Support colleagues with a focus on wellbeing and continuous learning in an inclusive workplace.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience leading reinsurance treaty placements and client management (senior level)
