Job Summary

Lead loss elimination and process capability improvement in a designated area by driving the KHMS Zero Loss journey. Own and deploy the Centreline DMS system, define control strategies and equipment standards, and run Centerline health checks. Facilitate RCA/UPS and RCFA events to eliminate chronic losses, while coaching operators and team leaders in 5S, CIL, and centerlining. Execute CI daily rhythms, partner with process and maintenance leaders, and drive key KPI improvements (OEE, yield, quality, safety, KHMS compliance).

Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the KHMS Zero Loss journey and lead loss elimination and process capability improvement in the assigned area.
•Own and deploy the Centreline Daily Management System (DMS), including equipment standards (CIL and CL targets) and Centerline health checks.
•Identify, prioritize, and eliminate chronic and sporadic losses using KHMS and reliability tools; maintain structured loss analysis routines.
•Coach operators and team leaders on 5S, CIL, Centerlining (CL), and structured problem-solving; conduct checklist compliance check-ins.
•Execute CI daily leadership routines (data review, planned stops, RCFA, and floor coaching) and participate in DDS meetings.

Key Requirements

•Qualify on all basic operator roles within the designated process.
•Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Universal Problem Solving (UPS) for critical issues.
•Effectively lead RCFA events and ensure completion of corrective actions.
•Coach operators and team leaders in 5S, Clean-Inspect-Lube (CIL), Centerlining (CL), and structured problem-solving.
•Write and maintain SOPs, OPLs, and work standards to drive standard work.
