Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive proactive problem-solving with data engineering teams, sponsors, and technical leads to remove blockers, escalate risks, and deliver business outcomes.
  • •Lead hybrid delivery using traditional project governance (plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs) and agile execution (backlog refinement, Kanban flow, sprint/iteration routines).
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex data engineering and analytics initiatives, including integration of enterprise systems and cloud technologies.
  • •Coordinate cross-team dependencies across technical teams, business groups, vendors, and stakeholders; clarify ownership and secure commitments.
  • •Partner with Product Owners for backlog prioritization and communicate delivery health and complex details to engineers, managers, sponsors, steering committees, and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute).
  • •Minimum 7 years of project/program management experience, including 4–5 years in a data engineering, data management, or analytics environment.
  • •Data platform literacy across the data stack, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), data pipelines, warehouses, and BI tools.
