Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end execution of multiple AI data annotation and AI taxonomy projects, meeting performance targets and SLAs.
•Translate product or business needs into clear labeling project requirements, align on targets, and support workforce management planning with delivery plans.
•Establish delivery governance and cross-functional collaboration, including operating rhythms, execution reviews, and escalation frameworks across QA, vendor, and business teams.
•Monitor dashboards to detect anomalies and perform data and root cause analysis to maintain quality and efficiency.
•Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, optimizing workflows, partnering with tooling teams for automation and scalability, and producing leadership reporting.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of project/program management experience in AI data annotation environments, large-scale data operations, content moderation, or related fields.
•Proven track record driving successful project and operational execution with cross-functional teams and third-party vendor partners.
•Experience improving operational quality and processes, with ability to independently learn, own multiple work streams, and prioritize to meet timelines.
•Strong data skills, including Excel and SQL, plus dashboard development to analyze performance and conduct root cause analysis.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication, collaborating with regional or global teams in a fast-paced environment.
