Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations in Shipping and Receiving, including unloading and storage of inbound raw materials.
  • •Ensure accurate, efficient, and on-time order documentation for picked, packed, and shipped units.
  • •Partner with internal functions to ensure on-time customer delivery.
  • •Participate in ERP and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and quality.
  • •Maintain safety as a priority by leading safety policies/programs and working with maintenance/forklift operations to address safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Forklift driving experience required and successful completion of the company forklift certification program.
  • •Prior experience in the corrugated industry and moving floor loaded materials is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of basic math and ability to read and follow job tickets.
  • •Prior experience working with Amtech/Encore is preferred.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age; minimum 9th grade basic education, with high school diploma/GED preferred.
