  • •Lead end-to-end datacenter deal execution from market research and RFPs to negotiating MSAs, SLAs, and complex lease terms.
  • •Build and maintain executive relationships with global providers; lead QBRs and drive vendor performance.
  • •Partner with Finance to build TCO models; evaluate power rates, incentives, and capex vs. opex considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in technical sourcing, real estate acquisition or infrastructure procurement, with at least 5 years focused on wholesale datacenter and colocation deals.
  • •Proven track record independently negotiating and closing complex, high-value datacenter contracts.
  • •Strong financial fluency with ability to build TCO models, evaluate power rates, tax incentives, and capex vs. opex considerations.
  • •Deep technical fluency in datacenter mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) infrastructure and evolving power/cooling technologies.
