  • •Maintain compliance calendars, covenant trackers, and supporting documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • •Escalate risks, missed deadlines, and compliance concerns promptly, serving as a central point of contact for contract compliance questions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks and collect/analyze data to improve compliance programs.

Key Requirements
