Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver project controls across major programmes in Scotland, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting, and deploying controls resources as needed
  • •Lead the programme controls function for a programme, monitoring data to meet required data standards and supporting PMs with reporting
  • •Review new project proposals/remits and develop realistic resource plans for delivery of the programme
  • •Identify resourcing requirements to support the programme and liaise with planning functions to resolve issues
  • •Provide day-to-day service to Programme and Project Managers in reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment and performance

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field and the home office
  • •Proven experience within the infrastructure sector
  • •Oral and written communication skills
  • •Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications
  • •Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and start-up processes
